The Bowers & Wilkins Pi7 S2 earbuds come with specs such as 3 integrated microphones in each earbud, a battery life of about 4.5 hours and up to 16 hours using the charging case, Qualcomm aptX technology, a 9.2mm custom dynamic driver with a high-frequency balanced armature, Bluetooth 5.0 technology, the IPX4 dust and sweat-proof certification, and much more. Over a year ago, Bowers & Wilkins introduced two new true wireless earbuds, the PI5 and PI7. They both offered different sonic profiles and came with similar designs and features. The PI7 was pushed as their new flagship true wireless earbud, with a price that matched it. Now, B&W is continuing that series with the Lows. While both of these Bowers & Wilkins wireless buds have widely and heavily boosted low ends, the PI7 S2 is more modest and well controlled with its boost than the PI5 S2. The PI5 S2’s bass response gels well with pop, electronic, hip hop – mainstream genres that are oriented around their driving low end textures. The LED indicator on the charge case for the PI5 and PI7 displays the battery status once the lid is open. When the ear buds are in the charge case the LED indicator will show the battery charge level of the ear buds. When the ear buds are removed from the charge case the LED indicator will show the battery charge level of the charge case. The I ordered a pair of these last month and had numerous connection issues, but the biggest bugbear personally was the severely limited volume output. However, they are very expensive and we're not sure the offering here The Pi7 S2 are the second coming of Bowers & Wilkin's flagship earbuds, retaining the hi-res audio output of its Pi7 predecessor thanks to Qualcomm aptX Adaptive and the company's own 9.2mm B&O has a high quality materials and very robust. Sennheiser is just ok nothing special. Sound: I don't care about features when it comes to sound: I want the earbuds that makes me say wow when I listen to a song.
